Fevicol Grippo WG is an industrial-grade, water-based synthetic resin adhesive for furniture factories, cold press lamination lines and large fitout projects. Supplied in a 50 kg drum, it is ready to use and solvent-free.

Surface Prep: Surfaces must be clean, dry and free of oil, grease, dust and old adhesive

Fevicol SH is made for carpenters applying glue by hand. Grippo WG is an industrial adhesive with viscosity tuned for machine rollers and cold presses, plus a long open time for large panels. It comes in a 50 kg drum for continuous production.

2) Can it be used in automated glue spreaders?

Yes. Its 300 – 450 poise viscosity at 30°C suits most standard cold press and panel lamination spreaders. Confirm with your machine manufacturer's specifications before first use.

3) What surfaces does it bond?

Wood, plywood, MDF, particle board, laminates, paper and cardboard for interior use. It does not bond PE, PP or Teflon (PTFE), cannot fill gaps, and is not for permanent water immersion, strong acids or high-temperature gasketing.

4) When can bonded panels be machined?

Assemblies can be moved from the press fairly quickly, but wait at least 24 hours for full strength before trimming, edge-banding, sanding or loading. Warm, dry conditions speed up curing; cool, humid conditions slow it.

5) How should the drum be stored, and what is the shelf life?

Store sealed drums in a cool, dry place below 30°C, away from sunlight, and protect from freezing. Shelf life is 12 months from manufacture. Reseal tightly after each use.
