Fevicol Woodlok Pro is an industrial-grade synthetic resin adhesive for modular furniture factories, OEM manufacturers and cold press lamination lines. Supplied in a 60 kg barrel, it is ready to use, water-based and solvent-free.
Its controlled viscosity spreads evenly under rollers and automated spreaders without pooling or starving the glue line, and its high initial tack shortens press cycles so panels move through production faster. It bonds hardwood, softwood, plywood, MDF and particle board, and handles the humidity of kitchens and bathrooms. Allow 24 hours for a full cure before machining.
Key Features
- Built for Cold Press: Even glue-line coverage across wide panels under press pressure
- High Initial Tack: Shorter clamping cycles and faster production throughput
- Machine-Friendly Spread: Controlled viscosity for rollers, brushes and automated spreaders, with less wastage
- Humidity Resistant: Bond holds in kitchen and bathroom cabinet assembly
- Water-Based & Solvent-Free: Suited to professional indoor use

Recommendations & Ideal Use-Cases
Where this fits best
- Cold Press Lamination: Pasting laminates onto plywood, MDF and particle board
- Modular Furniture Factories: Volume production of wardrobes, kitchen cabinets and office furniture
- Kitchen & Bathroom Cabinets: Carcass assembly in high-humidity rooms
- OEM & Joinery Work: Large-batch wood-to-wood bonding and plywood assembly
Application Guidelines
- Surface Prep: Surfaces must be clean, dry and free of oil, dust and grease. Lightly sand smooth surfaces for better grip
- Apply: Spread a thin, uniform layer on one surface by brush, roller or spreader, covering the full panel area
- Join Within Open Time: Position and join surfaces before the adhesive film dries
- Press: Apply uniform pressure with clamps or a cold press across the whole bonded area
- Cure Before Machining: Allow 24 hours before trimming, edge-banding, routing, sanding or heavy loads
1) How is Woodlok Pro different from Fevicol SH?
Fevicol SH is a carpenter's hand-applied glue. Woodlok Pro is an industrial adhesive with viscosity tuned for machine rollers and cold presses, plus higher initial tack for shorter press cycles. It comes in a 60 kg barrel for continuous production.
2) Can it be used in automated glue spreaders?
Yes. It is made for both manual application and automated spreaders. Check your machine's viscosity requirements and run a trial batch before full-scale production.
3) When can bonded panels be machined?
Panels can be handled soon after pressing, but wait 24 hours for full strength before trimming, edge-banding, routing or sanding. Machining earlier can cause laminate edges to lift. Warm, dry conditions speed up curing; cool, humid conditions slow it.
4) Is it suitable for kitchen and bathroom cabinets?
Yes. It handles the humidity of kitchens and bathrooms. It is not suitable for outdoor use or anything permanently submerged in water; use a marine-grade adhesive for those.
5) Can it fill gaps or bond plastics?
No. It is a thin-film assembly adhesive and cannot fill gaps or hollows. It also does not bond low-surface-energy plastics such as PE, PP or Teflon (PTFE).
6) How should the barrel be stored?
Keep it in a cool, dry place away from sunlight and heat, and protect it from freezing. Reseal tightly after each use. Check the manufacture date on the label for shelf life.
